The part that didn’t fit into the tweet — I taught my parents to google phrases “How do I …” instead of keywords “Outlook.”
There should be an app for that: “Didn’t Fit in the Tweet”. VH1’s Beyond the Tweet?
Also, maybe print out the Tech Support Cheat Sheet for them.
