Apparently I was not the only Justin born in the late 70s early 80s
In the 1980s, “Justin” was actually the 12th most popular name. I wonder why that is? And before the 1970s, it was virtually unheard of. It’s crazy to think that my name dates me.

My World History students do this way too much: facts with no analysis. Why did Justin start becoming a big name in the 1960s/1970s? Did you do any research?
mom says you could have been a ‘Michael David’ or ‘Jason’
Ha, Matthew, well if you mean beyond looking at Wikipedia, nope, but then I’m not in High School! :)
Oh yeah, I already read this article: Most Popular Baby Name Starts With M (or Is It J?) (check out the writer’s middle name!)
Weird Stuff
I was born in 74 and trying to figure this out too. It looks like Justin had a big jump in popularity in the late 60’s, particularly 67. Our name only got more and more popular. Have you read Freakonomics? I’m trying to find famous Justin’s of that time or use in books or movies. I’m curious what expectations my parents had for me… I kind of get off that my name makes people think I’m a few years younger than I am. Please let me know if you find anything.
I work in a hospital in England, whenever I have a patient called Justin they were all born 1974-76, have done several searches to no avail
