Forget the iPhone, how about an iCamera? Polaroid (they still exist?) dispenses with the phone; produces an Android-powered “smartcam”. Considering how much Stephanie uses the camera+Instagram on her iPhone (versus the actual phone), this makes perfect sense. My only concern: the apps (or lack thereof).
android is linux and there are plenty of apps. :)
Well, I mean, specifically photo apps that work with this “camera”, but yeah, I suppose if there already photography Android apps, I don’t see why they wouldn’t work with this (unless Polaroid wanted to shoot itself in the foot).
Supposedly, it runs standard Android apps. At least,that’s what they said at CES.
