I’m not sure I understand the purpose. The IBM building is slightly blurred, not enough to keep someone from figuring out entrances and the layout.
Me neither. Which makes the rationale for blurring the building-only even weirder. I mentioned this location because it’s where my Dad used to work, and where I grew up.
