yummm….some spicy white bean chili, or spicy bbq lime grilled chicken, sweet papaya with sliced peppers and lime juice!, and I’ve known several people who have done the maple syrup, cayenne, lemon and something detox diet~!? truth-or-dare sounds fun too!

Cut 1 up and add it to a stir-fry? Or to just about anything else that you want to be kinda spicy.

Dry, crush, and put in a little jar. sprinkle on pizza later.
