there is only one issue this election

removing george w bush from office.

that’s why nothing else, no issue, no high-minded ideal or promise matters. that’s why this has become a no content election.

what’s sad is just how bland john kerry is. that the only way we as a country can send george w bush a resounding vote of no confidence (after waiting an agonizing 4 years) is by voting for a person who appears to have no ability to counter or rise above the bush administration’s rhetoric.

this election is strategic, it’s about correcting an error in american democracy that occured in the last election. in doing so we have reduced the candidates to pawns and forced them to re-enact that bogus election–and hopefully get it right. the melodrama and charade they play out before november 2 is of little consequence.

Wait for it, Justin. I have heard people, familiar with
kerry’s previous campaigns, say that he is a “closer.” If you were following the Dem primaries this year, Kerry came out of nowhere at the very end of it and just creamed everyone.

I hope so.

some shit is apparently going down within his campaign. that’s the problem. he’s more than just a single person running for president. he’s raised over a hundred million dollars running for president. and i need someone to get bush out of office.

i could almost care less about who this point.

I hear what you mean.
But I think a lot of the doom and gloom Dems are talking about right now is jitters. We’re scared. But I’m feeling really positive that it’ll work out all right.
