I have been a computer nerd for years and years, and this struck a chord with me. Over the years various relatives have assumed that I have some special knowledge about computers that enables them to ask me for help. Yet most of the time all I did was follow this flowchart. HA HA HA
My favorite part is “Google the name of the program plus a few words related to what you want to do” always amazing to me how hard it is for people to take that leap.
