I agree on many things on that diagram, but not on the “altered posture” drawing. When I wear heels, my knees don’t bend like that, I don’t stick my butt out and stiffen my arms either. If anything, I feel like my tail bone drops better with heels than without.
But of course, the pressure isn’t good, the toe crunch either… Ya know.
I think a healthy balance betweens heels and not, is fine, plus stretching the calves and Achilles helps maintain a general leg health, which I do all the time.
