I always reserve judgement on this kind of spot study that seems to arrive at earth-shaking conclusions. I found that link when I was looking for who was funding CNW Marketing Research. I still don’t know who funds them, but just a smattering of the other reports they’ve released seem aimed at auto dealers rather than consumers.
