even though i’ll be at work all day, i kind of feel like vacation starts tomorrow.

after work i’m driving to nags head where jane’s family has rented a house all week.

meanwhile, as blogged, my brother and sister will be driving up from college station, texas. a 20-24 hour trek if driven straight, they’ll probably be stopping somewhere along the way, getting to nags head late thursday or early friday sometime.

we’re all going to do the beach thing for the weekend and then they’re going to stay with me next week tooling around chapel hill and stuff. there’s a possibility of an asheville venture. maybe wash dc. ooo, maybe carowinds. pilot mountain or hanging rock state park. merge records 15th anniversary at the cradle. pig picking dinner at panzanella on wednesday.

anyone have any other ideas for next week?
