Ghana - Accra plus Kakum, Elmina, and Aburi
In November 2004, I traveled to Accra, Ghana to continue the work I had done previously in Tanzania, Cambodia, and Kazakhstan. I missed Halloween, the 2004 presidential election, and Daylight Savings. But I visited the canopy walk at Kakum National Park, toured Fort Elmina, a slave trading post, and visited the Aburi Botanical Gardens.
