How many times have we heard this song before? Google Plans to Introduce a PC Operating System. But seriously, I have to admit Chrome kind of came out of left field, so why not. Here’s the rub, if it was free—even if it wasn’t open source—to both individuals and resellers like Dell, it would probably put a serious crimp in Microsoft’s style.
