Now couldn’t that just be considered good ol Sausage n Eggs?! Nobody does it like the South does! Sweetbreads, Chitlins, Livermush, Grits, Sweet Potatoes, Rutabagas and Turnips, Oh my! maybe these ‘Scotch Eggs’ will be the next big thing at the State Fair!?
