My whole family are STL born-and-bred. I can say that Imo’s is pretty overrated. It’s a nice change of pace, but, overall… meh.

Gooey Butter Cake, on the other hand… that i can get behind.

I checked in with undisputed pizza expert Ed Levine and he came up with everything you did. Imo’s is indeed the best representative of this style and they ship.

Don’t do it!!! Imo’s is the GROSSEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN! It is like matzoh disguised as pizza. You think you are getting a delicious treat, but then your mouth just wants to cry! Stick with the cities known for pizza: NY & Chi-town.

Josh, I may still have to try it once though. The idea of having a pizza delivered from St Louis is just too Snow Crash to pass up.
