Next weekend I’m going to Buffalo, NY for my grandfather’s 90th birthday—and I’m making eating Poutine my culinary mission. I’ve charged two of my Canadian relatives to make sure we get the good stuff during a trip to the Falls.

I might also seek out some wings if we happen by a Duff’s or the Anchor Bar.
