First time was in a dessert at The House, the second time was in the Generation Pad Thai article, and the third, fourth, fifth, etc. times have been in grocery stores all over.
So I decided to pick up some Scharffen Berger chocolate with my groceries tonight. I’ll report back.
I think it mostly tastes like really powerful chocolate. My personal favorite is Callebaut semi-sweet.
