all i wanted to do today was sit down and work on a java servlet assignment. however due to various impediments (no laptop, can’t install java sdk on work computer, can’t access workspace via AFS, can’t access workspace via ftp, can’t efficiently edit files using vi or emacs) i am unable to do so.

i mean i totally programmed myself to be working on this today and *nothing* else. and now i’m like: now what?

this is the second time i’ve tried to take this freaking class and i’m thinking about dropping it more and more.
